Full Charge Bookkeeper & Admin Support – Flexible hours, 25 per
week.Financial Reporting, Payroll, HR, Tax Prep. Report directly to
President, work w/ Staff Appraisers & Admin Assistant. Work w/
outside help for bank, C/C reconciliations.Other reporting:
Commission Reports, yearly audits for insurance policy renewals,
year-end special reports. A/P, A/R, Banking, some local
travel.Other duties include ordering office supplies, some phone
coverage.QuickBooks Pro, Excel, Word proficient. Min. 5 years'
experience. On-site, permanent position, Leominster; Covid
protocols in place.
