Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Receptionist Officer to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing the utmost in security services. As a Receptionist Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, embodying our commitment to professionalism and exceptional service. Located at the front desk, you will play a crucial role in managing access to the facility and ensuring a secure environment for all. Greet, assist, and direct both visitors and clients appropriately. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness. Handle incoming calls and operate a switchboard. Maintain a clean and orderly reception area. Issue visitor badges and maintain the logbook. Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities. Coordinate with the security team to enhance safety measures. Handle emergency situations according to protocol. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with administrative and clerical procedures Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations Capable of using electronic security management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Any relevant security training certifications.
