Job Description:
Define and maintain IT Project Management Office (PMO)
methodology, processes, and tools, quality standards, and operational processes to support the PMO service delivery and
operating model. Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Project Sponsors, vendor partners, and PMO
stakeholders to define, improve, and rollout PMO services. Optimize demand management process according to strategic
direction (leveraging digital framework, IT strategic planning process, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
budgeting and planning process, business capabilities framework, and service owner models). Drive program objectives,
by providing program management, defining project plans, managing implementation activities, and developing
processes, documentation and communications for program and process rollout and ongoing support. Define key
performance indicators, including developing metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes,
and tracking delivery against program objectives. Perform program analysis and risk management, identify and
influence necessary course corrections, creatively solve problems, and communicate program status and activities across
multiple levels of management. Ensure the Quality Assurance process includes checks and balances for compliance
with standards and vision alignment. Perform regular reviews for accountability, stakeholder expectations, and
vendors or service suppliers performance. Take responsibility for Change Management and successful
communication strategies. Incorporate and execute these strategies as part of the overall program structure, and
integrate assigned program and project work with other strategic programs. Act as a liaison across geographies and with
technical and non-technical audiences to communicate and ensure alignment with objectives. Improve
stakeholder satisfaction for the provided PMO services. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Business Intelligence or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 5
years of experience performing IT program management, project delivery, and business process development. Or,
alternatively, a Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence (willing to accept foreign education
equivalent) and 3 years of experience performing IT program management, project delivery, and business process
development. Must also possess 1 year of experience in each of the following
skills: (1) Leading projects with a global footprint for full lifecycle implementations with Global Human Resources,
Sales & Marketing, Order Management & Fulfillment, Spend Management, and Financial Management capabilities; (2)
Implementing Enterprise Cloud Solutions in Workday, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Coupa, or ServiceNow and
performing model integration with on-premise applications such as Oracle EBusiness Suite, PeopleSoft, or SAP;
(3) Implementing projects involving data orchestration, data migration, extractions, transformations, and
integrations with other Enterprise software products using Middleware technologies; and, (4) Collaborating with
Software Vendors (OEMs), consulting partners, and implementation vendors (System Integrators). Submit resume to resumes@ptc.com and include the job title and
