Description The Estimator - Commercial Projects - Beverly, MA will be responsible for: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for all project phases, including materials, labor, and equipment. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine scope and requirements. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project needs and refine estimates. Research and source pricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive bids. Review and evaluate subcontractor bids for accuracy and alignment with project goals. Update and adjust cost projections based on project changes or unforeseen conditions. Maintain thorough documentation of estimates, bids, and project costs for reporting and compliance. Contribute to value engineering by identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Profile The Estimator - Commercial Projects - Beverly, MA should have: 5 years of estimating experience Extensive experience estimating and managing costs for commercial ground-up construction projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related field Excellent analytical skills for preparing accurate bids, budgets, and cost projections.
