Job Description:
Outside Unlimited is a large commercial landscape and snow
removal company located in Concord, New Hampshire that is actively
seeking Lawn Maintenance Foreman . The Lawn Maintenance Foreman
will be responsible for: Performing Law n & Landscape Maintenance
at our commercial properties Experience using Exmark zero radius
commercial mowers or similar equipment Experience using string
trimmers, blowers and other small engine equipment Ability to lead
crew of 3-4 Ability to drive 1-ton truck & trailer Understands all
aspects of landscape maintenance Able to effectively communicate
with crew members and Manager Maintai n a safe work environmen t
Takes pride in work Ability to operate skid steer preferred but not
required Requirements of the Lawn Maintenance Forem an 2-3 years of
previous experience required Must be able to frequently lift up to
50lbs Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in
Concord, NH This position requires the completion of a criminal
background check and Motor Vehicle Record check upon the receipt of
a job offer. Pay Range $23.00 to $ 30.00 per hour DOE
