Job Description:
100% Remote Position Need to work on EST ZONE In this position,
the Reissue Case Manager will be helping the team with reissues
tasks such as frequency changes, redating of policies and placing
policies into a not take status. Along with the willingness to
learn additional tasks to possibly be added in time.
Responsibilities & Requirements: - Taking frequency changes,
completing the task and notifying the field of the completion. -
Prioritize incoming service requests and inquiries while
maintaining service levels. - Ensure the effective use of
procedures in accordance with business practices and compliance
with state and federal regulations. - Conduct all business
interactions with honesty and integrity, maintain confidentiality
of all personal information and adhere to privacy guidelines. -
Available to work overtime when demand necessitates. Skills &
Competencies: - Ability to collaborate with internal and external
clients to find a best solution for both the client and Financial.
- Strong drive for results, problem solving skills and attention to
detail. - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high
pressure environment. - Flexibility and adaptability to changing
priorities and competing demands. - Demonstrate a sense of urgency
