Description:Bay State Community Services (BSCS) values all types

Community Services (BSCS) will be accepting applications for the
CARE Paid Fellowship between 11/21/22-1/16/23. A limited number of
training seats are available.This year-long fellowship provides
trainees an intensive and immersive experience in working with
youth between the ages of 12-20.Application Process:To be
considered candidates must complete the CARE Fellowship
Application. All applications will be reviewed, and first round
interviews will begin on 11/28/22. The CARE Fellowship Committee
will complete a final in person interview by 1/16/23. Start date
for Fellowship is 02/06/23.Training Curriculum:Trainees will
participate in a weekly didactic seminar including but not limited
to:Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Developmental milestonesDSM 5
DiagnosisBehavioral ManagementChild Serving SystemsTrauma and Best
Practice Trauma TreatmentMedication Administration Program
(Certification)Crisis Prevention Intervention
(Certification)Immersive experience with youthFace to face clinical
hoursTraining Rotations: Trainees will have the opportunity to
train in 3 different youth serving intensive programs including
Emergency Shelter, Independent Living, and Intensive Behavioral
Health Services.Schedule: Trainees will have one full day of
focused training and 4 additional days of on-site

services related fieldAbility to make a one-year training
