training course as part of their developmentPrior experience in
aquatics is encouraged but not required! We offer a great, paid
on-site training program that teaches everything you'll need to
know about being an instructor at Little Flippers.We train in 3
phases:Phase 1 is all about observationPhase 2 is our co-teaching
phasePhase 3 you will teach and be observedWe are committed to

for water safety and to promote movement education at an early age,
