Job Descriptionhe Peabody Companies seeks an experienced Construction Maintenance to join its team at an apartment community in Leominster. The construction maintenance performs tasks involving physical labor at heavy construction projects. The position may operate a variety of hand and power tools and may clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris, and remove waste materials.:Requirements of the Position:

• Prior experience in the construction field;
• Ability to lift or operate heavy equipment
• Excellent stamina
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal;
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter;
• Excellent customer service skills a must.
• Reliable vehicleEducation and Experience:Requires High School Diploma or GED, as well as a valid driver's license.
