Please kindly refrain from disclosing your PII electronically during the application process or to unauthorized websites that may purport to be Infineon or any of our affiliates.#LI-PB1In your new role you will:Develop test solution for custom hybrids, module or IC's to product specificationsDevelop test programs for automatic test equipment on various test platforms, including Teradyne (ETS-364B) and or LabVIEW custom equipment racksDesign test and burn-in boards, via Cadence schematics and printed circuit board layouts for fabricationAnalyze test system data, debug and validate via Gauge Reliability and Repeatability; drive innovation for improvementsReduce test cost and improve the quality of existing test solutions through test method improvements and test platform transfers; support production and customer returnsDocument test concept and design for testing, evaluate tester resource capability, ensure test coverage, drive test method review with multiple functional teamsYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics EngineeringMinimum of 3 years of experience developing test solution via mixed signal (Eagle/Teradyne) and or rack and stack equipment (LabVIEW) for a production environmentUnderstanding of Power Semiconductor products, MoSFET, DC-DC converters, Hybrid modulesSound test programming skills and experience programming in, C /C++ script languages and with LabVIEWKnowledge: mixed signal tester architecture (ETS-364) and resources power equipment controlled via LabVIEW software, strong test development and debug skills on Eagle ETS platform and or LabVIEWExperience designing PCBs using schematic capture tools such as OrCAD/ Cadence AllegroExperience with software; C/C++, LabVIEW, HTML, JUMP, Solidworks, AutoCAD, ExcelHands on experience making bench electrical fixtures and measurements, with Keithley Source meters, signal generators, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzersMil-std-38534, Mil-std-38535 and Mil-prf-19500 and JEDEC standards, such as JESD89 knowledge helpfulKnowledge of radiation testing solutions for satellite for satellite applications a plusInfineon Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) semiconductors play a vital role in enabling intelligent power management, smart sensitivity as well as fast and reliable data processing in an increasingly digitalized world.
