Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Furnace Engineer
---
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
---
Five (5) + years' experience as a mechanical designer working in
high temperature high vacuum furnace technology
---
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in design, mechanical
assembly, testing, troubleshooting, installation, and startup in
one or more of the following areas is a MUST:
o
High temperature vacuum furnace systems
o
Industrial machining
o
Manufacturing equipment/systems
o
Advanced material processing systems
---
Perform engineering calculations
---
Hands-on mechanical assembly of industrial equipment
---
Hands-on installation of instrumentation and process control
---
Experience with materials processing at high temperatures
---
Must have OEM equipment design experience preferably in a
manufacturing environment ---
---
Must possess the following skills: o
o
Comfort and ability to deal with ambiguity
o
Commercial savvy
o
Good judgement
---
Project management experience is a plus
