We're looking for a motivated, service-minded Junior Solutions Engineer to join the Fastr team! This is an exciting opportunity to grow your technical skillset while working directly with some of the world's most recognizable brands and retailers.As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting customers on our SaaS platform, Fastr Frontend. You'll assist with implementation, troubleshoot bugs, and support customer integrations - helping clients get the most out of their digital commerce experiences. You'll also collaborate closely with our internal development, product, and design teams to ensure customer success across all touch points.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who's eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you have a foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - and a passion for helping customers succeed - we'd love to meet you!What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze and improve customer Core Web Vitals and front-end performance, leveraging Fastr's suite of Professional Services and tools.
  • Demonstrate the power and simplicity of Fastr Frontend to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating features into real-world value.
    • Conduct technical investigations and implement custom integrations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - often reviewing site performance and SEO impact.
      • Listen deeply to customer needs and proactively offer thoughtful solutions to help them succeed and maximize their experience with Fastr.
        • Provide technical support by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving platform-related issues within SLA timelines.
          • Manage incoming cases and bug reports, collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality resolutions.
            • Contribute to building out our internal knowledge base and external solution portal to help streamline future support and empower our customers.What We're Looking For:
              • A degree in Marketing, Sales, Ecomm or a related field is preferred, but not required-what matters most is your hands-on ability.
                • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
                  • Experience with ChatGPT prompt engineering.
                    • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal - you know how to connect with clients at any technical level.
                      • Strong problem-solving instincts with the ability to break down complex challenges and offer thoughtful, actionable solutions.
                        • Experience using browser dev tools for web debugging.
