Ready to help us transform healthcare? Bring your true colors to blue.The Sr. MDM Data Engineer is a senior member of the Data Solutions Delivery team. This role will lead the digital transformation of operational and foundational Master Data Management roadmaps, building and supporting the MDM platform, including data integration, modeling, and migration. It will also involve designing and implementing the overall MDM architecture and interfaces for both customer and enterprise data.We seek an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Platform Engineer responsible for managing our MDM platform using Reltio software. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements in the Payer space and ensure the platform meets business objectives. The role involves working closely with the Data Architect to develop scalable MDM solutions.Responsibilities

• Design and develop data ingestion and transformation pipelines for data consumption
• Follow best practices and architecture patterns in implementations
• Develop a deep understanding of healthcare data domains through process ownership and SQL development
• Provide operational support for high-severity issues impacting critical data pipelines
• Deliver high-quality, scalable code with automated testing
• Mentor team members on data engineering and software best practices
• Configure and maintain MDM solutions within the Reltio platform, including data models and workflows
• Implement data governance policies to ensure data quality
• Ensure data synchronization and consolidation across systems
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors using data quality tools
• Monitor data quality metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve data issues
• Facilitate workshops to align MDM initiatives with business goals
• Optimize performance and scalability of MDM solutions
• Document platform configurations, data models, and policies
• Provide training and support to end users and data stewardsRequired Technical Skills
  • At least 5+ years implementing data management platforms like Reltio
  • 4+ years working with SQL or NoSQL databases (Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB)
  • Over 5+ years in data architecture and engineering, with deep reference data knowledge
  • 3+ years integrating data management systems with vendor feeds
  • Proven experience in large-scale data modeling and ETL/ELT strategies
  • Knowledge of data warehousing architecture
  • Experience with Data Quality, Data Integration, and Reltio modules
  • Strong background in data quality assurance
  • Expertise in data integration and Reltio solutions
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fieldLocation: BostonTime Type: Full timeMinimum Education Requirements:High school degree or equivalent unless otherwise noted aboveSalary Range:$136,393.40 - $166,870.00The posted salary range is an estimate based on current information and may vary depending on various factors.
