onsite Program Quality Lead to be part of the Above Deck Equipment
IPT on the Spy 6 program. You'll develop and monitor quality
metrics to drive proactive continuous improvement initiatives, both
internally and with suppliers, partner with DCMA to drive
improvement in customer satisfaction, and working closely with
integrated teams to further the success of the program. In the
program quality role, you will support GCAR resolution, work
closely with both the TRIMM and Array QPLs to ensure contract
requirements is met and quality product is delivered on time. To
accomplish this, we are seeking a quality professional who has
experience managing and working supplier improvement projects, with
the ability to navigate/communicate/influence suppliers to actively
participate in APQP/CORE/Zero engagements. This position is an
onsite role in Tewksbury, MA or Marlboro, MA or Portsmouth, RI What
You will Do : Serve as a member of the Program team, ensuring
successful program performance, deliver conforming
products/services through effective collaboration and compliance to
processes and procedures. Oversee integration and implementation of
cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to quality and customer
requirements per the program quality plan. Guide and participate in
CORE/APQP projects to drive proactive improvement. Serve as a
program quality liaison across customer organizations (Defense
Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and United States Government
(USG)), as well as relevant factories and engineering labs as first
responder for quality issues and concerns related to production
products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and program
stakeholders to define and implement quality improvement
strategies. Review and approve changes to the technical data
package, assign actions when necessary and complete actions in a
timely manner when assigned. This includes but is not limited to:
Peer reviews, Engineering Review/Change Control Board (ERB/CCB)
and/or Design reviews. Engage on both strategic and tactical
levels, focusing on quality, cost and schedule performance, early
engagement, influencing and providing differentiating quality value
to program teams and customers. Oversee root cause corrective
action (RCCA), GCAR, customer escapes, and FRACAS activities for
systemic issues and to ensure extensive RCCA. Participate in the
R&O board to ensure opportunities and risks are
loaded/mitigated/captured. Up to 15% travel may be required to
support various program activities. Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires a Bachelors’ Degree and a minimum of eight (8)
years of prior relevant quality experience with bench strength in
CORE/APQP supplier engagement. Certification as a Customer Oriented
Results and Excellence (CORE) apprentice or Six Sigma Green Belt.
Working experience in supporting design and/or manufacturing
process Working experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality
Management Systems. Working experience in failure and root cause
analysis, corrective and preventative action. Working experience in
engineering concepts and design analysis techniques The ability to
obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is
required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Value : ASQ
CQE Certification Experience in APQP methods (including FMEA,
Control Plan, FAI/AS9102, SPC) with demonstrated ability to mentor
cross-functional team Experience interpreting and ensuring
compliance to TDP requirements and QMS requirements Experience
working in a dynamic environment, requiring prioritization and
flexibility to support conflicting requirements Experience with
AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems Demonstrated
experience in RCCA and Continuous Improvement projects Experience
in PRISM, Business Warehouse, or RCAS Experience achieving results

limited information Experience applying; Critical thinking skills

role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
