Job Description:
Join Our Team as a Preventive Maintenance Technician As a
Preventive Maintenance Technician with Productivity Inc, you'll
travel to customer sites across the Twin Cities and throughout the
state to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC
metalworking equipment. You'll be a trusted partner in keeping our
customers' equipment operating at peak performance. We are seeking
candidates with knowledge of Swiss machines, excellent mechanical
aptitude, and electrical knowledge and training. Your
Responsibilities * Perform preventive maintenance on CNC Swiss &
other metal-cutting equipment at customer locations. * Troubleshoot
and repair hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical,
pneumatic, and mechanical systems. * Identify and replace necessary
parts, test functionality, and make adjustments. * Complete and
submit paperwork and data entry accurately and on time. * Other
duties as required. What You Bring * 1 years of experience with CNC
Swiss machinery. * Previous industrial maintenance experience,
including troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical,
pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Technical training or
certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems,
automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance. * Strong
problem-solving and customer service skills. * Ability to work
independently and collaboratively. * Valid driver's license with a
clean driving record. * Willingness to travel locally and stay
overnight 4-6 times per month. Compensation and Benefits * Pay: $28
- $35/hour, plus incentives * Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday,
