Key is currently seeking a full-time Regional Clinical Director to work in their Southeast, and Rhode Island region, that operates three (up to 9 beds) residential programs for youth and community-based Outreach services working with children/youth and families.Salary/Benefits:Annual salary hiring range is $70,000 $80,000; negotiable based on experience and licensure.($5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus is provided in two equal payments at three and six months of employment.)Key's full-time benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurances; life insurance; tuition assistance; paid time off benefits including vacation, holidays, sick and personal time; retirement program; wellness benefit; pre-tax childcare, freeCEU's, and, more!Qualifications:Master's degree in a clinical field required.Independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC or Licensed Psychologist) required.Minimum of three years of direct clinical services including individual, group and family therapy in both child and adolescent residential and home-based settings.Minimum of two years of supervisory/administrative experience.Experience with Massachusetts and Rhode Island state health and human service systems, and evidence-based, trauma informed systems of care.Responsibilities: The Regional Clinical Director will work in collaboration with the Regional Director/Supervisor and Director of Operations to support and implement the mission of the Agency in the areas of continuous quality improvement, administration, and operations. The Regional Clinical Director will oversee clinical supervision, policy development, managing clinical services and implementing clinical practices in Key's residential and community-based programs. The Regional Clinical Director will participate in the regional on-call schedule providing on-site resolution when required.The Key Program (Key) is a private, non-profit human services agency and a provider of both residential treatment programs and community-based outreach services.
