• Bachelor's degree at a minimum
• 5+ years' experience in a project, program management, or consulting role
• Exceptional project/program management skills, including communication effectiveness, and attention to detail
• A strategic problem solver and can identify key areas for improvement of processes or results
• Skilled at consulting and problem solving and can apply research and/or additional benchmarking data to generate solutions
• Excellent relationship building and business partnership skills; you collaborate well with project team members for the lifecycle of the project
• Experience with information security standards, specifically, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001, and management of related certification processesThe Value You Deliver
  • Review and revise business unit specific information security policies in accordance with broader Fidelity standards
  • Coordinate with internal audit requirements to support the recertification process of existing ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certifications
  • Leads planning and deployment of multiple projects of varying size, establishing project plans that ensure alignment of people, processes, and technology
  • End-to-end support during projects - able to play a consulting role, elicit and develop requirements, run change management and process improvement initiatives and/or provide recommendations to improve and enhance existing procedures and controls
  • Responds to and manages issues and risks for multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle; acts as an escalation point and facilitates resolution of issues related to project or work stream
  • Gathers all relevant information and points of view to make and/or recommend sound decisions where a project is concerned
  • Facilitates successful meetings to ensure agenda topics are covered; summarizes decisions, open issues, and action items accurately
  • Manages multiple priorities and contributes to cross-functional projects throughout the project lifecycle and constantly thinking about how to connect and communicate across work.COVID Work Policy Safety is our top priority.
