A company is looking for a Director of IT Service
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management functions to
ensure operational excellence
Leverage data analytics for continuous improvement and trend
identification in service delivery
Provide leadership and training opportunities for team members
while monitoring performance and compliance
Required Qualifications
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of
experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
7+ years of experience in IT Support, specifically within
Technology Operations Centers
Experience with IT Major Incident, Change, and Problem Management
systems and processes
3+ years of supervisory, managerial, or demonstrated leadership
experience
Proven ability to implement process improvements and reduce
operational risk
