Engages with Senior Leaders, Tribe Leaders, Squad Leaders, and
squad members to build and reinforce the Agile mindset and to embed
Agile principles in day to day work. Implements Agile values,
principles, practices and techniques to facilitate the delivery of
successful results and innovation. Facilitates the successful
collaboration of squads with interdependencies through the
implementation of Agile procedures in technical environments. Primary Responsibilities: Resolves impediments that exist outside of the squad environment
and works with line managers to prepare the technical environment
for squads. Aligns squad structure to ensure success and collaboration with
internal teams to on and off-shore Enterprise Architects. Analyzes program and project requirements within software
development tribes, squads, and teams. Creates and maintains continuous flow of information in Agile
Center of Excellence. Ensures cross-functional collaboration. Ensures key stakeholders are engaging as needed and checking
that backlogs are being prioritized using value-focused
criteria. Collaborates with Squad Leaders to identify solutions to
development obstacles. Delivers training and oversight to ensure knowledge transfer of
specialized skills in technical, product management, project
management, and user experience areas. Identifies challenges, tests hypothesis, and evaluates
solutions, including championing innovative technology solutions
and research methodologies. Collaborates with key stakeholder teams to align with the
product strategy and multi-year roadmap. Works cross-functionally to understand the business priorities
and to ensure alignment against work. Drives focus on improving and supporting processes across the
delivery squads and working with design, development, and solution
delivery to optimize efficiency and eliminate friction for ongoing
project delivery. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Management,
Marketing Management, or a closely related field and six (6) years
of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience
coaching Information system teams, using Lean and Agile methods --
Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Or, alternatively, a Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering
Management, Business Management, Marketing Management, or a closely
related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered
or four (4) years of experience coaching Information system teams,
using Lean and Agile methods -- Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") building and maintaining Web based
applications and optimizing business functions -- product
development, international marketing, design, DevOps, and the
quality assurance and control and development life cycles -- within
a financial technology environment, using industry scaling patterns
--Scale, Scaled Agile, LeSS, and Spotify. DE observing, evaluating, and implementing changes to solve
organizational and cultural impediments for product development
portfolios, using organizational change management frameworks --
ADKAR, Lewin, McKinsey 7-S, Kubler-Ross, and Satir. DE overseeing the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process to
ensure alignment throughout the organization, using strategic
consulting skills, including facilitation of visioning, road
mapping, identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions,
and managing projects and programs using, ITEC Catalyst, CA Agile
Central (Rally), Version one, JIRA, Agile Craft, Qlik sense, and
SQL. DE applying strategic planning methods, -- balanced scorecard,
visual mapping, SWOT analysis, gap planning, OKR, and Hoshin
planning -- using, JIRA, Agile Craft, and Mural to display results
from dashboards and reports for the consumption and improvement of
