• Full Time
• Hours: Clinic Hours: Monday-Wednesday, Friday 8 am - 5 pm, Thursday 8 am - 8 pm
• Employed

• Call Schedule: Rotated
• Sign-On Bonus
• Compensation:
  - Base salary plus quality, production, RVU bonuses

• Additional Info:
  - Provide comprehensive and continuous primary care to a panel of patients.
  - Practices within the collaborative model with nurse practitioners and clinical psychologists.
  
  Qualifications:
  - Massachusetts license
  - ACLS or CPR/AED certified
  - DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licensure for prescriptive theory
