Job Description:

Work in Massachusetts, our community based, mission-driven hospice
and palliative care organization seeks experienced, talented, and
compassionate hospice LPNs to join our team when we open our new
hospice residence in the Fall 2022. This is an exciting opportunity
for LPNs interested in providing end-of-life care at a new 10-bed
hospice facility. Seeking to fill 12 hour day and overnight shifts.
Per diem positions are also available.Job Responsibilities:Provide
bedside care to terminally ill patients residing at the hospice
house following the established plan of care. The ideal candidate
will demonstrate a positive, courteous, and helpful attitude toward
all patients and their families and a commitment toward exceeding
the needs of our customers.Education, Skills and Experience:Current
Massachusetts LPN License in good standing.A minimum of two years
prior experience in community health, long term care facility,
oncology, or a related field preferred.Ability to be a team player
and work harmoniously with patients, families, co-workers, and
