Oral Surgery and Implant Centers is looking for an Oral Surgeon to join our private practices comprised of 3 beautiful locations about 45 mins west of Boston, MA. The offices are located in Worcester, MA , Fitchburg, MA and Brookline, MA. While the Fitchburg location is a new practice, the Worcester location has over 40 years of legacy. Both locations currently have 2 oral surgeons and we are looking to add 2 more as a result of growth. Both locations are equipped with latest technology along with 3 d X-ray and Win Oms software. More importantly, both locations have well trained and seasoned clerical and clinical staff. Partnership is possible after only 12 months of employment. Great opportunity for an associate to become partner after a short trial of employment. We offer a competitive base compensation ($2500 per day) with the opportunity to make more if the adjusted production (collectible production) is greater than base compensation. Aside from compensation, a full spectrum of benefits package including vacation, holiday pay, health and dental insurance, malpractice insurance, professional dues and continuing education courses. We are looking for confident professionals who possess strong communication and have the clinical and interpersonal skills needed to provide superb clinical care while maintaining and cultivating the necessary PR and professional relations with referring offices.
