overlap Work with an experienced team of Physical Therapists and
Physical Therapist AssistantsPosition Details: Full-time or

Monday Friday; Hours may vary One evening required/ Department is
open Monday Thursday 7:00 am 6:00 pm & Friday 7:00 am-5:00
pmReliant's Outpatient Rehab Services and Sports Medicine
Department will:
- Provide generous CME allowance and CME Time
- Offer direct interdisciplinary team collaboration with
Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Primary Care Providers,
and Medical Specialist within the Leominster site
- Inspire the next generation of Physical Therapists with
clinical instruction
- Provide mentorship with experienced Physical Therapists
- Collaborate to develop departmental programs
- Therapy Specialties include: Women's health, vertigo,
torticollis, sports injury, neurological disorders, prosthetics and
orthopedics

the full range of physical therapy treatments and tests for all
patient demographics, supervises supportive personnel, and
participates in educational services.Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate, Master, or Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical
Therapy from a school accredited or approved by the American
Physical Therapy Association or the ability to obtain within 180
days of hire
- Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the ability
to obtain within 180 days of hire
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster
doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth
