Location:Outpatient Treatment Program in Leominster, MA.
Schedule:Monday-Friday, must be able to work some early mornings
and weekends
Pay rate:$33.65-$37.50/hour
TheClinical Supervisoris responsible for:
Supervising the implementation and delivery of clinical and case
management services and integration of clinical services within the
designated sites, services and modalities.
Ensuring treatment services are delivered in accordance with
evidence-based practices and Spectrum's clinical design.
Making certain clinical services foster an atmosphere of customer
service and excellence in service delivery
Confirming the clinical staff is highly trained and proficient in
the delivery of clinical services.
Qualifications:
LICSW or LMHC or closely related license in the fields of addiction
or mental health required.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in counseling
preferred.
Experience working with DPH licensing requirements, CARF standards,
MBHP regulations or other related requirements preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a substance abuse, mental health,
or other related behavioral health program required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to
determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in
emergencies.
Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral
communication and to communicate effectively in an
interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients,
families, staff and regulatory agencies.
Must provide proof of COVID vaccination or, as an alternative,
appropriate documentation that will support either a medical or
religious exemption.
