Job Overview We seek a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our team in delivering patient-centered care. Reporting to the Clinic Director/Physical Therapist, the PTA will assist in treatments, document progress, and ensure a seamless rehabilitation experience. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Document treatment plans and progress accurately
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Maintain equipment, stock supplies, and support clinic operations
• Participate in meetings, training, and mentorship of interns Qualifications
  • PTA in Massachusetts
  • Experience in orthopedics, adult rehab, or geriatrics preferred
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Physical capability to perform job duties effectively Job Details
    • Status: Full-time, Permanent -
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
    • Pay: $33.00-$38.00 per hour; occasional overtime -
