Job Description LER Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Concord, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Long Term Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: The RN is responsible for overseeing the clinical care of residents in an assisted living setting. This includes supervising LPNs and LNAs, managing care plans, and ensuring resident safety, wellness, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Complete nursing assessments and create individualized care plans Supervise and support LPNs and LNAs Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as needed Communicate with families, physicians, and care teams Document nursing interventions and resident progress Ensure adherence to state guidelines and facility policies Requirements: Active RN license in New Hampshire BLS certification required Ability to lift/move residents and respond to emergencies Prior experience in assisted living or geriatrics strongly preferred Strong leadership, assessment, and communication skills LER Healthcare Job ID 12352. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
