Job Description Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or
Family Medicine) Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an
opportunity in Leominster, Massachusetts—often called “The Pioneer
Plastics City.” Leominster is a thriving suburban community known
for its accessibility to both city life and outdoor activities,
with nearby lakes, trails, and Mount Wachusett. This role is with a
Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to delivering
comprehensive care to underserved populations across the region.
Salary and Benefits - Salary: $225,000 - Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 -
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 - RVU Bonus - Quality Incentive
Bonus – Up to $4,200 quarterly for meeting all 12 quality measures
(pro-rated for part-time) - Health Insurance - Dental and Vision
Insurance (2 plans available) - Retirement Plan – 401(K) with 3%
company match, fully vested after 1 year - Student Loan Repayment
Assistance – Eligible for between $50,000 - $100,000 - Paid Time
Off – 15 Vacation Days, 5 Personal Days, 5 Sick Days, 2 Health Days
- CME – 5 Approved Days Off and $3,500 Annual Allowance - License,
DEA, and Certification Renewal Covered - Malpractice Insurance
Covered - 10 Paid Holidays - Option for four 10-hour workdays
Responsibilities - Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule (36 clinical
hours, 4 admin hours), 4 Day Work Week Optional - Outpatient
primary care services - No nights or weekend shifts - Patient
volume average of 22 per day - Limited on-call responsibilities -
Team-based environment with clinical support - Encourages
independent medical decision-making Requirements - MD or DO degree
required - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or
Internal Medicine - Active Massachusetts medical license -
