The Judge Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse Coordinates total nursing care for patients Participates in patient and family teaching Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting EMR: Cerner Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5 Average daily patient census: 22 Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need. This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement. Submission Requirements NOTE, THIS IS A MED SURG POSITION! BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience [Required] May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg MUST be willing to float to other units as needed (within scope of practice) [Required] CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED] Previous Travel (at least 3 months) [Required] BSN-Bachelor of Science in Nursing [Strongly Preferred] This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement. NOTE MT ASCUTNEY 3 STRIKE RULE FOR CALL OFFS (enforced immediately): After 3 call offs, a traveler's contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at Mt Ascutney Hospital and Health Center's discretion Each call off must be communicated to the unit supervisor at least 1.5 hours in advance Certification Requirements ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) State License Requirements Vermont Compact Allowed About the Facility Mt.
