Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Phlebotomist for a local contract job in Worcester, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Phlebotomist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Shift: Night (5x8 hrs, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) Minimum 1 year recent Phlebotomy experience - Epic, ROVER, and iSTAT experience required - Experience with venipuncture & capillary collections (adult & pediatric) - BLS certification - Travel experience required - Comfortable working night shifts and every other weekend - Knowledge of specimen handling, labeling, and transport - Familiar with hospital setting and standard precautions About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
