Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Staff Location: Nashua, NH | From $50.00/hr | Permanent Role About the Role: We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) to join a collaborative clinical team in Nashua, NH. This permanent position focuses on performing high-quality cardiac ultrasound exams under physician direction to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. The role requires strong technical expertise, independent judgment, and a patient-centered approach. This opportunity also includes relocation assistance up to $3,500 and a $16,500 retention incentive paid out over three years. What You’ll Do: - Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations for interpretation by cardiologists or radiologists. - Assist physicians during invasive ultrasound procedures as needed. - Prepare, operate, and maintain cardiac ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal image quality. - Review physician orders and requisitions to confirm correct exams and protocols. - Accurately document all studies and ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards. - Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and collaborate with care teams to ensure a smooth exam process. What We’re Looking For: - Graduate of an accredited sonography program. - Cardiac ultrasound certification through ARDMS or CCI (within required timeframe). - BLS certification required. - Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality patient care. - Equivalent education and relevant clinical experience may be considered.
