Job Description:

Provide high-quality direct and indirect patient care in a
specialized unit. Develop and evaluate patient care plans in
collaboration with the healthcare team. Mentor junior nurses and
contribute to their professional development. Assist in the
research and implementation of new clinical protocols and
healthcare practices. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and safety standards. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and
provide critical input regarding patient care. Advanced patient
care and management skills Strong leadership and mentoring
abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Critical
thinking and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency with
electronic medical record (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental
