Job Description:

for our M2 Orthopedics and Spine unit. This role demands a
compassionate professional eager to work in a dynamic environment
with a focus on orthopedic and spine care. Our nurses are integral

healthcare. Provide specialized nursing care in the Orthopedic and
Spine unit. Assess patient conditions through conscientious
examination and coordinate care accordingly. Administer medication
and monitor post-surgical recovery. Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, post-operative care, and lifestyle
adjustments. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate
individualized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and
advocate for patients’ health and wellbeing. Strong orthopedic and
spine nursing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities Proficiency in the use of medical software for patient
records Ability to make quick and accurate assessments Capability
to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment Empathetic and
compassionate patient care Commitment to ongoing professional
