Job Description:

various departments, ensuring the utmost care and efficiency. Your
role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to
tailor patient care plans, mentor new staff, and engage in
continuous education to stay ahead in the fast-evolving medical
field. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in assigned
areas. Assess patient conditions through consistent monitoring and
evaluation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians while adhering to hospital policies. Mentor junior
nurses and participate in onboarding new staff. Develop and
evaluate care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure best practices
in nursing care. Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and

systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Advanced
ability in patient health assessment Medical Insurance Dental

(RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
