Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile. Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and other sterile supplies. Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after the operation. Operate sterilizers, lights, or suction machines, and help operate diagnostic equipment. Apply dressings and assist with patient care post-operation under the guidance of registered nurses. Maintain a clean and safe environment to comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
