Job Description Job Description Aster Mental Health Aster Mental Health, a physician-founded and female-led private practice, is expanding and looking for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our supportive, client-centered team. This hybrid role includes both telehealth and in-person sessions at our bright, modern Peabody, MA office. Position Highlights Flexible hybrid model: Telehealth in-person (minimum 2 office days/week) Client mix: Adult individuals and/or adolescents Compensation: Starting at $80,000 based on license, experience, and specialization We're Looking For Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) Experience providing individual, evidence-based therapy Skilled in diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning Strong documentation and communication skills Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Comfort with basic tech troubleshooting Why Join Aster Mental Health?
