Job Description Job Description Salary: $16 - $18 per hour LNA or Nurse's Aide/Caregiver Full-time day shift. 6am-2:30pm Full-time evening shift: 2pm-10:30pm Sign-On Bonus $1000 for LNA Are you enthusiastic about providing nursing care to active seniors while working in a fun and supportive workplace? We offer training and career advancement opportunities. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE NURSEs AIDE/LNA Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Provide care according to residents care plans. Engage with residents in a manner that promotes their independence and maintains their dignity. Maintain a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents physical and psychosocial needs appropriately. Document resident information in charts by completing reports, logs and records Report changes in residents condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to Director of Nursing or Administrator. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE - CERTIFICATION OF THE NURSEs AIDE/LNA High school diploma or equivalent. LNA license preferred, but not required SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF THE NURSEs AIDE/LNA Possess a high level of care and compassion to provide direct resident care Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff.
