Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Concord, NH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,430 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Shift 12?hour Night Shifts , 3 shifts per week (36 hours). Responsibilities : Care for post?cardiac procedure patients (TR band, post?cath, hemostasis). Provide continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret telemetry rhythms. Perform stroke assessments and respond to neurological changes. Float as needed to ED Hold, ICU, or PCU units. Requirements Experience Minimum 3 years recent Telemetry experience required. Must have experience managing TR bands, post?cath or cardiac procedures, hemostasis , and be proficient in stroke assessment . Licensure Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission (temporary licenses not accepted). NURSYS license verification for all active RN licenses must be provided. Certifications BLS – Required NIHSS – Required before start ACLS – Preferred
