Job Description Seeking a full-time BC/BE Urologist to join an expanding clinical team at a community hospital northeast of Boston. Details: - Full-scope general urology practice - The role includes: - Management of benign urologic conditions across the spectrum of general urology - Endoscopic procedures including TURP, TURBT, and stone surgery - Laser lithotripsy and access to ESWL - In-office procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, and minor urologic interventions - Opportunities for women’s health, incontinence procedures, and BPH therapies - Support from specialists in oncology, reconstruction, FPMRS, endourology, and more - Access to advanced imaging, on-site pathology, and state-of-the-art OR facilities - Practice includes 3 MDs, each with fellowship training, one advanced provider, and another advanced provider being recruited - Shared call schedule ~1:4 - Epic EMR - High-demand, well-established patient population - Strong administrative support, outstanding OR availability, experienced APs, and access to a top-tier referral center for advanced subspecialty consultation - Eligibility for faculty appointment if desired Compensation/Benefits: - Salary Range: $350k-$450k - Two-year guaranteed base salary with a competitive compensation package - Comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision coverage - CME allowance and dedicated professional development support The Community: Life here offers the best of coastal New England living with easy access to major metro energy: charming seaside neighborhoods, historic architecture, and walkable downtown areas paired with beaches, marinas, and scenic waterfront views that make everyday life feel like a getaway.
