Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention. - Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift - Job types available: full time and part time - Employer features: Best Places to Work recognition, Community hospital, Community hospital, Cross training, Cross training, EAP, FSA, Level 1 trauma center, Level 3 trauma center, Magnet recognized, PTO, Tuition Assistance, Tuition Assistance, Union facility Qualifications: - ADN or higher degree in nursing - Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license - 1 years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred - ACLS certification preferred - Ability to function effectively under stress - Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill - Strong communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities: - Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care - Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions - Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring - Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations - Administer medications and other treatments - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans - Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan Benefits: - Healthcare coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision - 401K - Paid Time Off - Tuition Assistance Salary: $61,470 to $151,310 /year
