Who are we:Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (WBHH)
provides psychiatric stabilization and dual diagnosis treatments
for Adult population in an inpatient settings. Our goal is to
ensure patients and their loved ones feel comfortable and are well
informed regarding treatment options.Our state-of-the-art facility
is conveniently located in Westborough near the intersection of
Route 495 and Route 9. The hospital operates 24/7 with multiple
shifts available.RequirementsJob SummaryThe Human Resources
Director will ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are
carried on smoothly and effectively. Responsible for developing HR
strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all
related subjects. Must be an experienced professional with deep
knowledge of all matters concerning HR responsibility and
functions. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company
are being met and are aligned with all business
objectives.Essential Duties:Develop plans for a variety of HR
matters such as recruitment, retention, compensation, employee
relations, health and safety etc.Oversee all HR initiatives,
systems and tacticsManage the recruiting, screening, selection, and
placement of job applicants. Oversee the processing of all
pre-employment paperworkMonitor, track and ensure all regulatory
compliance requirements for staff are met such as licenses, health
screening, education and other JACHO, CMS and internal
requirementsUpholds the Organization's ethics and customer service
standardsAnswer general questions regarding HR policies and
proceduresSupervise the work of HR personnel and provide
guidanceServe as the point of contact for employment
relationsAdvise and support the leadership as a strategic partner,
providing options, insight, training and solutionsMonitor adherence
to internal policies and legal standardsDeal with grievances and
violations invoking disciplinary action when requiredAnticipate and
resolve litigation risksAnalyze and report data and using HR
metricsPerforms related duties, as requestedEducation and/or
Licensure - Minimum of aBachelor's degree required. Certified as a
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred. Experience in behavioral
healthcare helpful but not required.Experience - Knowledge of The
Joint Commission, Title VII, Federal and State regulations. 7 years
of progressively increasing responsibility in employee relations,
compensation, benefits and compliance. Microsoft Office Skills,
with an ability to become familiar with Company specific programs
or software
