Position Overview Brightcove is looking for a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help us recruit top talent globally. This is a critical role within the organization as this person often provides the first impression of Brightcove to the top talent we are attracting and exploring. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and support the recruiting team with coordination, project management, and the execution of talent acquisition and talent marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity to partner with and have an impact across all global business units within the company including Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering, Finance, Customer Support and Success, Professional Services, and Finance. Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across multiple departments and global regions (offices in the US, Australia, EMEA, Singapore, India, and Japan)
  • Deliver a high level of communication between hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
  • Manage the candidate interviewing experience from application to offer stage
  • Update employment opportunities and marketing content on employment branding and hiring platforms (Greenhouse, Glassdoor, VentureFizz, etc)
  • Support the team with reporting on hiring process data and metrics
  • Assist with planning for recruiting events, meetups and new hire orientations
  • Participate in the growth of the company by helping to reinforce company culture, recruit talent, and develop positive partner relationships
  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed and identified Skills/Qualifications
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
    • Prior HR, customer service, or administrative experience
    • Proficiency in Google suite and CRM's (Greenhouse is our Applicant Tracking System) a strong plus
    • Team player attitude with a customer service mindset
    • Proactive, punctual, and responsive
    • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
