Job Description:
Looking for a motivated MEP / VDC Engineer to join one of
Boston's premier General Contractors! My client is a medium-sized
commercial general contractor based in the North Shore, with a
strong presence in the Greater Boston area. They specialize in
interior renovations for healthcare, biotech, education, and
corporate projects, utilizing innovative technologies to enhance
efficiency and quality. The company's solid relationships with
prestigious institutions in the region ensure a steady pipeline of

Provide technical and modeling support to project teams throughout
all project phases
Coordinate technological collaboration between project teams,
consultants, subcontractors, and clients
Develop and update BIMs for Business Development and project
teams
Maintain project files and CAD/BIM standards
Extract quantities and Automated Bill of Materials information from
BIMs
Link/embed information to BIMs for project handover
Develop, document, and present best practices for the Project
Services Group
Perform other assigned projects and duties
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Architecture or related preferred
- Ideally Healthcare/Labs or Academic project experience
- Cell phone & laptop
