Job Description Job Description Summary/Objective The Digital
Banking Specialist is responsible for supporting the Bank’s digital
banking platform and services. This role will be the first point of
contact for customers and internal teams regarding online and
mobile banking solutions. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless
digital experience by assisting with account setup and
troubleshooting. essential functions Perform daily responsibilities
of associated digital banking services, such as: Online Banking
Mobile Banking Online Account Opening Cash Management Services
Provide customer support via phone and email related to digital
banking services. Support fraud prevention efforts by verifying
suspicious digital activity and escalating issues as needed.
Deposit account origination, as necessary. Create monthly activity
reports. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure
compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Stay
informed on industry developments through publications, meetings,
seminars, etc. Participate in department audits, as necessary.
Participate in department projects, as necessary. Perform
additional duties as requested. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS High
School diploma or equivalent 2 years of Banking Experience
Tech-Savvy Knowledge of digital banking features and functionality
Strong customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional problem-solving
and decision-making abilities Strong organizational and analytical
skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and
