hands-on Lead Web Developer who thrives at the intersection of
technical execution and team leadership. This role is ideal for
someone who not only builds scalable, high-performing
applications—but also mentors developers, influences architecture
decisions, and partners closely with business stakeholders. As a
Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our eCommerce
platform, guiding a team of developers, and driving innovation
across our technology stack. You’ll be deeply involved in the full
software development lifecycle, while helping elevate team
standards, best practices, and overall performance. What You’ll
DoLead and mentor a team of developers—providing guidance, code
reviews, and technical directionPartner with stakeholders to
translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly
solutionsDrive projects that improve reliability, scalability,
security, and performance of our eCommerce platformOwn and
contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)Design
and implement cloud-based, microservices architecture across web,
ERP, and third-party systemsEstablish and promote best practices,
coding standards, and modern design patternsIdentify system
inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve quality and
performanceMaintain and enhance existing applications and
infrastructureEnsure quality through unit testing, integration
testing, and CI/CD practicesEvaluate and recommend new technologies
and innovative solutions to support business growthWhat You

REST APIs, and serverless architectureProven experience with Agile,
CI/CD, and DevOps practicesAWS experience required; Salesforce
integration is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary
range of $120,000–$140,000, based on experience and qualifications.

compensation is determined based on responsibilities, job-related
skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market
