We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to support the C5I
(Command, Control, Communications, Computing, Cyber, and
Intelligence) product line within the Missile Defense Sensors (MDS)
Software Department. The MDS mission is to provide world class
Radar and Command and Control (C2) software across an array of
surveillance and warning systems.
Platform Engineers design, optimize and maintain the secure,
scalable, mission critical software infrastructure that underpins
radar, C2 and DevSecOps intensive systems. As a senior leader on
our team, you will help shape platform architecture, drive
modernization and ensure delivery of robust capabilities that
support real time mission execution across programs.
This role requires deep DevSecOps expertise, technical leadership
and the ability to influence architecture and engineering strategy
across multiple teams.
This position is located onsite in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
employees, as they are essential to the development of our
products.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status

and from the assigned site is the employee's personal
responsibility.
This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated
Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of
Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance
process.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not

programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides
in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits
will apply.
