Job Skills / Requirements Key Responsibilities: Bring in project-based sales by identifying opportunities, preparing quotes, and closing deals with commercial clients for services like carpet cleaning, power washing, floor stripping and waxing, and other specialized cleaning solutions. Manage the warehouse, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering to ensure operational efficiency. Supervise and manage project teams on-site, including scheduling, training, mentoring, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to client satisfaction. Conduct site assessments, manage project timelines and budgets, and handle quality control. Build and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business and upsell services. Handle bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred) with clients, team members, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial cleaning projects, including carpet cleaning, power washing, stripping and waxing floors, and other related services. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency (English and another language, such as Spanish) to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in sales, operations, and team management. Reliable transportation and flexibility for on-site work, including evenings or weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of industry standards, equipment, and safety protocols.
