Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is a recognized leader in the security industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lead Officer for overnight shifts from Wednesday to Sunday. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our client properties through comprehensive patrol, monitoring, and report-generating activities. Candidates will deliver consistent, high-quality security services, effectively coordinating team efforts to prevent, deter, and manage safety risks and incidents. Oversee and coordinate a team of security officers to ensure effective coverage and implementation of security protocols Monitor CCTV and other surveillance equipment to identify and respond to threats and emergencies Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security measures are upheld Maintain detailed logs of incidents and activities during the shift Handle emergency situations promptly, applying appropriate crisis management techniques Provide training and guidance to new security personnel Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders when required Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations Proven ability to lead and manage a team under stressful conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong surveillance and observation skills Proficient in using security management and reporting software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Security Guard license First Aid and CPR certifications Any additional certifications in security management or crisis response are advantageous
