Community Services offers clinicians full-time, salaried positions

Community Mental Health position offers a clinician the
opportunity to support individuals with mental health challenges in
Residential, Supported Housing and Community settings. The
Clinician will be trained in and take the lead in providing
Innovative Evidence Based Practices (EBPs), including Illness
Management and Recovery (IMR) and Recovery Oriented Cognitive
Therapy (CT-R.) The position, located in Worcester.

- Complete all
screening and enrollment of persons served referred
to ACCS in compliance with DMH regulations,
including initial and ongoing assessments for risk and protectivce
factors using agency risk assessmnet protocols and
individual sessions, facilitate support groups and treatment
planning meetings with individuals served.

- Develop and
implement Comprehensive Assessments and Individualized Treatment
Plans using Person Centered Planning.
with applicable Care Coordination
Entities, Emergency Service Providers, outpatient

ensure that the needs of the person are fully
productive affiliations and partnerships with other
community-based providers to enhance the
agency's service delivery network.
- Participate in
On-Call rotation and critical incident review
- Obtain and
maintain MAP certification.
Master's Degree in social services Field. Must be a licensed
Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC. LRC, LADAC I,
physician, RN OTR/L or Psychologist) or License Eligible as well as
two years of professional experience working. Valid driver's
