Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Outpatient Clinician at our Leominster site.

The primary goal of the Outpatient Program (Office-based) is to provide quality clinical services to children, adolescents, and young adults. Clinicians who function in this capacity have the opportunity to provide direct clinical services which may include individual, family, or group therapy, as well as consultation services and training to community groups. The Office Based Clinician will practice integrated behavioral health care and work collaboratively both within and outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical services to children, adolescents, young adults, and families in an office-based setting.
• Lead or co-lead psychoeducational groups.
• Maintain weekly productivity standards, based on hours worked per week.
• Maintain electronic health records according to agency policy.
• Be an active participant in the multi-disciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
• Communicate and collaborate with medical providers and other community supports.
• Actively participate in individual and group supervision, clinical meetings; staff meetings; and trainings as directed by supervisor.
• Cooperate with team/agency on accomplishment of strategic objectives and initiatives.
• Pursue on-going professional development and be working toward highest level of professional licensure, if not already licensed.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills (written and verbal) and flexibility.
• Respect diverse views and approaches, demonstrate the Standards of Respect, and contribute to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Grade 7: Clinician III: Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Requires licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT

• Grade 8: Clinician IV: Masters degree in a clinical course of study (social work, psychology, counseling or related field) and LICSW licensure or licensed Psychologist

• Clinical experience working with children and families
• Proven ability to effectively engage clients and work well with other professionals
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to work independently and ability to meet productivity goals
• Must be able to use computer based information system for electronic record keeping
• Must be able to pass a CORI background check through CHL
