Salary: USD $26.92/Hr.Description and Responsibilities:The Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) program is an evidence-based, wrap-around service model for individuals with a dual-diagnosis of a mental health and substance use disorder who would benefit from individualized, community-based support. IDDT is composed of a highly integrated, multi-disciplinary team including a clinician, navigators, nursing, and psychiatry. Individuals are provided support through person-centered treatment plans in the settings where they are most comfortable, including in the home or other community locations with the goal of empowering individuals to explore the various pathways to recovery for both mental health and substance use.The IDDT Master's Level Clinicians will be responsible for completing the initial and ongoing assessments of Individual's served for risk/protective factors in accordance with agency risk assessment protocol. They will also build person-centered relationships with Individuals and create Treatment Plans utilizing shared understanding of Individual's goals and strengths. Additionally, the Masters Level Clinical will work with the IDDT integrated team to provide clinical support to the multi-disciplinary team when needed.Other Key Responsibilities:Complete all paperwork from intake to discharge as requiredIdentify trauma informed engagement strategies with consideration of the Individual's environment, goals, and preferences.Develop and assist in implementation of Safety Plans with individuals served.Provide individual and family evidence-based clinical support in accordance with the Individual's Treatment Plan.Facilitate and/ or co-facilitate Seeking Safety and other recovery skills clinical groups.Qualifications:Master's degree, requiredExperience with adults with mental health and substance use disorders preferred.Excellent assessment, documentation, and verbal communication skills required.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Open Sky is able to support clinicians who are working toward licensure!
